When I’m writing a story, I’ll often have random thoughts that pop into my mind. Some of these random thoughts have the potential of turning into other stories, so I’ll write down a note or two.
These random thoughts are known as works in progress (WIPs). These WIPs may possibly become books. Or they could be ideas which become the stepping stones to new ideas and other possible books. Or they may be nothing more than random thoughts.
